This Agreement is a Sugarloaf Mountain Locker Rental Agreement made between each Renter and Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation. Sugarloaf Mountain grants to Renter the use of the appropriate Locker in the Base Lodge Locker Room in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed in the agreement, as well as policies, rules and regulations of Sugarloaf Mountain.|
